Experience

Dr. NGUYEN Tien Cuong received his PhD in Enzymatic and Microbial Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) Toulouse, France, in 2014. His main research directions include: (i) Microbial contamination in foods and biocontrol; (ii) Applications of enzymes and microorganisms in the processing of carbohydrate-rich foods; and (iii) Development of physical analytical methods (rheological properties, particle size, etc.) in complex systems (hydrolysis, fermentation).

Dr. Nguyen Tien Cuong has served as the principal investigator of several NAFOSTED-funded projects and ministerial-level projects. He is the author/co-author of more than 35 scientific publications (including 12 papers in Q1–Q2 journals), two book chapters and three patents.
