Experience

Dang Minh Nhat is an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Da Nang - University of Science and Technology (DUT), Vietnam. He has more than 25 years of experience in food chemistry, biotechnology, and agricultural byproduct valorization. His research interests focus on the development of functional foods from byproducts, enzymatic hydrolysis, and applied biotechnology for sustainable food and agricultural processing. He has led and participated in multiple national, ministerial, and university-level research projects, and has published over 40 scientific papers in both national and prestigious international journals, alongside successful guidance for multiple PhD and Master students.
